Parking Contract Form To request a parking spot, please review the contract and bring your information to the HSC Parking Office, 791 Notre Dame Avenue. Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., closed weekends and statutory holidays. You will need to sign the completed contract in person at the Parking Office.
