The Department of Communication Disorders at the Health Sciences Centre is
comprised of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) who
provide comprehensive services for adults and children with hearing,
speech, language, swallowing and related disorders.
Services are provided to both inpatients and outpatients ranging in
age from newborn to the elderly.
There are 28 members (part-time and full-time Audiologists,
Speech-Language Pathologists, and support staff) in this department who
are located throughout the Health Sciences Centre.
All Audiologists and Speech–Language Pathologists hold
Master's Degrees and are registered to practice in Manitoba by the
Manitoba Speech and Hearing Association. |
