The Section of Ultrasound at the Health Sciences Centre was one of the first centres in the world to offer a comprehensive training program in diagnostic ultrasound. Now in its 37th year, graduate sonographers from our program perform an important diagnostic service for the people of Manitoba and many have gone on to become leaders in the field of diagnostic medical sonography.
