Description:

An examination of the female pelvis.  This is done in two parts.  First, there is a  short survey scan.  This is followed by a higher resolution endovaginal scan.

 

Patient Preparation:

Do not empty your bladder for one hour prior to the test.

You will be asked to provide a menstrual history.  Please try to be sure of your dates.

 

Examination time:

30 minutes
